Welcome to another edition of the Daily Grind, well I've got the next few days off so good news everyone! huge gaming marathon!
Right to start off today I'm going to go jump onto World of Warcraft and do the daily kill Lord Ahune, fingers crossed everyone for some nice loot finally.
I'm back, nothing in the bag again but the cloak did drop but the healer out rolled me :( cannot be bothered to try again today, will do several attempts tomorrow and hopefully will get it then.

Going to go on Dragon Age Legends since I've not really been on it the last few weeks, need to catch up with everything on it. Forgot how more fast paced this game is now since the last update, it's nice not having to wait for the slow animations to finish.
First fight went well with no hitch but having trouble with the second, three wave fight and lost my third team member on the second wave. He was a damage mage with three health, crossbow undead took out 2.5 health with one shot then the second undead did a lightning spell finishing him off, did not stand a chance. Now struggling since they keep targeting my second party member, several times she gone down to 1 or half a health left and still got one more wave to go.
Made it and thank god for shard bombs, injury kits, team injury kits and health potions lol anyway going to stop now, I did three fights and sorted out my works in the castle so not too bad. Anyway going to go make a cupa of tea then when I'm back going to check my 3DS for yesterday then play some Uncharted, goal is to finish it by the end of the weekend.

I'm back, got myself a cuppa and did myself some lunch while I was in the kitchen. So time for some 3DS, come on street pass give me lots of hits. Nice four hits yesterday! better then I thought to be honest, hopefully some puzzle pieces this time around too.
Only one piece today from the store Mii, another Super Galaxy 2 piece. It's getting harder to finish off these last panels, maybe next week will see some more. Time to finish off the Ultimate Ghost in street quest, two level 7's and a level 3 should do it...I hope lol.
YES! the work mii finished him off and that's my third play through completed. Took 47 heroes to finish this play through, going to reset it again and go for my fourth play through. Anyway checking my Pokedex now and let's see what strange one I got today, the winner is...Venipede bug pokemon.

Right just loading up the PlayStation and before I jump into Uncharted going to update Dragaknight challenge stats, I will be doing mine tonight after my marathon. Hmmm don't think this is right, think I've missed one of his posts from somewhere. Two seconds going to send a message and have him double check the list.

Back in the cathedral again and just took out the first set of guards, now last time I walked down to the front and a second wave came out which got over whelming and flanked me. So I need to trigger the wave then make it to the back again where I can bunker down, need to find a good spot first where I can reduce any flanking methods.
Think I did it but dang they are fast, they where able to catch up with me even though they had half a room less start.
I'm impressed with myself lol the cathedral is clear and drakes journal says the two bells must ring together, so just shot both lol. Oh great secret passage with a ladder going down into darkness, no monsters down there of course. Hmm hang on that's a flood light...won't make that mistake again like yesterday, military probably around the corner. I was right one just jumped right in front of me, luckily I had my desert eagle on aim mode.
This underground crypt is huge...expect any minute for the skeletons to rise up or something since I keep getting that creepy feeling. Hmmm another cut scene adding more back story, are old pal Eddie is moaning about something else killing his men other then me.
Ok I'm back outside after one breath corridor walk and now on Level 15 which hints that I'm back on the trail of the treasure. Ohhh Gold Inca Figurine treasure next to the stairs.
Basically found my way back to the courtyard again but this time taking a slightly different route on the top floor so now climbing up the cathedral outside, Sully mentioned on the radio a secret gallery on the top floor. Mystery is just getting weirder, anyway made my way inside and took out a few guards and found a treasure in a side room. Golden Spanish Goblet which brings me up to number fourteen out of sixty.
Ok just died from a fall but across the other side of the cathedral is a window with a heart that the Spanish are meant to use to identify vaults, here goes nothing then.
Made into the secret room and found a treasure to the side soon as I walked in, Jewelled Golden Cross and got a trophy for collecting fifteen of the treasures so far so not bad at all.
So the secret room had a window with the sign on, open up to show a mausoleum with the logo on the roof and is the current location of the main bad guy who was suppose to be sent on a wild goose chase by Sully, good job. Of course the vault is in the mausoleum...oh that is so going to go real well, knew undead would be involved.
Sully has made a diversion but I'm now currently gunning my way through the ... well not sure what to call this place, but there is a giant hole in the ground but there are several graves so maybe a graveyard.
Took a death, when I crossed around the hole I went up some stairs and got shotgun blast in the face. So made it this time since I knew what to expect, also found a Golden Inca mask treasure...so time to enter the building and find the vault. How in the world did Sully and Elena make in here before I did!!
So level 16 and we are now trapped, of course Sully wasn't trapped with us but glad to have Elena here for the extra fire power because I think I will need it.

Blimey its a huge ass maze here...ok I think I get it, basically on the map are the roman numbers for 2, 5 and 7. On the floor, walls etc are numbers pointing to different paths so need to just follow those three numbers.
Ok I hate these flaming spike torches that kill you if you get him by them, made it into the next area but something was jumping up above on the top floor... guns out, shoot anything that moves and don't hesitate to be trigger happy that's the plan.

Think I've got all his men, then again I said that twice before and both times a guy with a grenade launcher appears and almost takes me out. Ok making my way slowly up the walk ways but getting ambushed every few seconds and I really do mean in your face close calls with a shotgun type of ambushes, surprised not died yet.
Level 17 now and found Francis Drake body, looks like he never found that treasure after all.
What the feck! weird creatures that look human but part vampire ish??? glad got Eddie backing me up and love the cut scene moment before the fight. "Got one thing left to say to you, I hate your guts!" lol here we go, thank god I picked up that shotgun just before

See this is why I don't like horror games, dark corridors and rooms with weird monsters jumping out around corners scaring the living lights out of you. So currently on level 19 which is called Unwelcome guests, good title don't you think. Basically I made it through the bunker to the generator room to turn the power on so I can go back and pick up Elena then use the lift to the top. Of course turning on the generator so far as flooded the room with these...freaks, cleared it once and now flicking switches which open more doors and let more in.
Made it to the second switch, very nerve racking since you have to go into a side corridor so basically you waiting for them to come charging around the corner from behind you when you flick the switch.
Just got the 30 kills with the MP40 trophy, might make a dash in a minute and go into the room and head for the door. Made a run and luckily it triggered a cut scene which closes the door behind you, so phew! dang that was one hell of a adrenalin rush. Made it back to one of the earlier rooms and a movie was playing on the wall explaining that the treasure curses people, these things are the local population well what's left of them. Francis Drake took out all the ships so none of them could escape but guessing they back thanks to the Germans and of course recently the bad guys bringing teams of people.
Here we go again, made dash running around the room with these creatures giving chase while blind firing everywhere...music as stopped...think I'm done... course I'm bit jumpy every time I hear slight scratch lol. Hmm a door, please be to freedom
Humans! the lovely debt collector Roman is back and now has Elena, also the door behind is banging with shouts so guessing got humans to shoot now. Better then those creatures, least I can take cover and bunker down. Hey that's cheating they wearing helmets! oh hell creatures are back...wait they fighting each other! score! now armed with more up to date weapons again.
Fighting my way across the harbour now, mixture of creatures and military. Just threw a grenade into the middle of a huge fight between creatures and miltiary and got the survivor trophy, no idea what its for so going to quickly check. Oh wow its a silver trophy for killing 50 enemies without dying, awesome. Can hear fighting around the corner so trying to take my time and let them duke it out then finish the stragglers off.
Massive container area is being a major problem, hard to tell where people are coming from. Right now using my pistol as a sniper rifle or to take out humans then the assault rifle for the creatures since few bullets usually takes them out. Also doing retreats, first sound I move back towards a safe area so I pull them towards me into the open. Think the area is clear and now making my way around
Ladder, back to normal land! I'm out of the bunker and now on Level 20 race to the rescue!

Anyway I'm back at that drowned city and Sully is in trouble again so off to rescue him too, from the sounds of it just military guys. Dang it I'm back at that huge open courtyard where I died god knows how many times, well it's not a courtyard more of a town square.
Made a dash to the hiding spot on the stairs and its complete madness, got snipers in the roof tops. Guy with a grenade launcher just charged me but got him, there is a ton of guys below running around. Think I just killed the last one and got the 50 kills with the M4 trophy at the same time. Second wave just appeared and I'm on low ammo, more snipers and some with grenade launchers too. Talk about a challenge!
Out of bullets but just nabbed a grenade launcher so making short work of the snipers now. Sweet all done and now heading to the church to stop them from getting the idol, this is going to turn out bad and I just know it.
In the middle of huge fight in the church with Roman's military force, also unlocked the 92FS pistol 50 kills trophy during the fight. That's just brought me up to 90% towards Level 12 on my PlayStation profile, exciting stuff.

Course a hidden passage under the altar, where else would it be and dang that's a lot of bones at the bottom. Level 21 is starting now so it's end game time, Sully does not believe the treasure is cursed lol he will change his mind soon enough. Working my way through the catacombs and found a treasure, Golden Skull Rosary...how nice. Another treasure "Sapphire and Silver Mask" with all this stuff I found, really don't need to find this curse treasure lol.
Don't open it! oh dear...Roman you idiot, some weird dust just came off the corpse that was inside the idol and went into him. Turned him and now he's dead thanks to his mate tricking him. Ok so all along the hired goon was tricking Roman to get the idol so he can sell it to the right people to cause, well a plague of creatures ? good plot
Off to rescue Elena, bad guys are chew toys right now except the boss
Just died, Sully his covering me so letting him take care of the creatures but has I went up the stairs two shotgun guys appeared, got one but the other got me. Dead again there is a third one futher up that jumps from around a corner.
Level 22 the final level, basically hitched a ride on the idol which was taken by helicopter but now as crashed on their ship. So time to take on this guy, Navarro think his name is and what's left of the military. Least no creatures around...I hope and hope Sully is ok since he was left in that catacomb.

What a game, seriously kicking myself for not playing this sooner because this game is 100% without a doubt amazing. It's going on my keep shelf and I will be replaying it at a later date to get all the collectibles and to get the platinum trophy for it.
Just wow, really cannot explain how amazed I am with this game. Really am shocked I let this gem go unplayed for so long without giving it a chance...might be starting Uncharted 2 sooner now after that. Also need to pre-order Uncharted 3, might put a order down for the special edition in a minute but will cancel it if someone puts up the Explorer edition.
If you have not played Uncharted before just go out now and buy it, don't insult this game by renting it.
