Did not get much time gaming yesterday since I had work on the evening but did clock three more achievement's on Hitman which add's another 85 gamerpoints to the score. But that's it for now since on the weekend's I work and then stay at Lynn's since she lives across the street from my work but no Xbox. Oh well sunday night I can catch up.
Last night picked up Universe at War on the 360 for a couple of pounds so that was a nice find. Going to look around the center today and see if I can pick up any more back copies that I need, still missing Samurai Warriors 2 Empires which I want the most.
Anyway got to go, going to play World of Warcraft now

The Plan
I was thinking of playing just one game at a time, focus on it until it's finished but now I'm really against that idea. Playing the same game over and over until it's finished could turn a great game into a boring one, so I'm thinking of playing more then one at a time as long as I make time for how many each week so I wont forget the controls (good example is enchanted arms, would get few hours into it then not play for ages then have to re start from the beginning. This happened three times!!).
Not too sure what games I'm going to do along side Hitman but once I know, I will post an update.

Update
Been busy this morning sorting out my old games, a lot of my old collection was traded in so I need to re pick up most of them. To save some money I've joined the Game rental service on their website since most of the games that I want to pickup I will not keep. £14.99 a month and I will get two games sent out of my list that I can play as long as I want with no late fee's, I will review the service later once I've got some use out of it.
I did pop down to Gamestation near my college and picked up a few games (ones i do want to keep), got Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires again so really looking forward to playing that again (this was the game that got me into the Dynasty and Samurai Franchise) and Harry Potter. I loved the latest Harry Potter since it was mostly exploring Hogwarts and collecting items, really looking forward to number six this year.
Last weekend I also picked up Gun, Pirates of the Caribbean, Earth Defense Force and Superman (always wanted to try this game) and hoping to pick up Lego Indiana Jones while I'm at work this weekend.
So not a bad start to picking up my old games for this challenge

First Night
Well yesterday I started my challenge with Hitman Bloody Money, got to be one of my favourite game franchises out there. Of course since it's been nearly two years since I've played a Hitman I had to relearn the controls meaning it was fun few hours having to repeat levels because of silly mistakes (classic example: opera house, walked into the security room and was told to leave. Went to open the door and pressed the wrong button, instead pulled out my gun. Went down real well with the four security guards lol).
Ended the night playing Monopoly with Lynn (girlfriend), it's an ok game nothing amazing really. Good game if you got 2-4 people to play, better four really.
So in the way of achievements, clocked 95 for hitman and a whopping 280 for monopoly leaving me with a total of 375. Not a bad start, let's hope this keeps up.

Challenge
On my other profile my challenge was to hit 80,000 gamerscore by the end of the year, why? because I love the achievement collecting. I've always been a collector (star wars galaxies badges etc) so naturally when I started my 360 I was hooked, feels rewarding getting achievements for your gaming accomplishments. Anyway since I'm starting again I need a new challenge so I've decided that I want to catch with my Old profile and beat it... 50,000! took me nearly three years to get 44,000 so should be fun :)
First
I been thinking all morning of what game should I clock first (1,000 gamerscore), as to be not too easy and not too hard something I really enjoy. So I've decided on Hitman Blood Money, one of my favourite gaming series and I loved the last one so I think its fitting to start my collection with.
Fresh Start
As most of my friend's will know, I do have the Iznic profile with a 44k gamerscore. So why start a new? well I started to keep a blog of my achievement collecting, it was fun at first but when I looked back at my old achievements I had no idea when I got them or when I hit certain milestones (10k/20k etc). Most of my games where played offline so got no timestamp for when I completed.
So I thought about starting a new, keep a blog of my exploits so I can look back and see what I've accomplished and when. Along the way might write my own little reviews of each game for fun.
Also when i thought about it, playing all my old games...I liked the idea. Alot of the old games I enjoyed quite a bit and would love an excuse to 100% complete them again
So this is my new year challenge, start a new!
