Two New Collector Editions Announced

Two collectors editions I want to talk about in this post, first up was last weeks announcement of the Hitman: Absolution Professional Edition. I'm a huge fan of the Hitman 47 games and I loved Blood Money, clocked it for the full 1,000 gamer score and even did it again on my second profile as well (an old challenge that was cancelled a few years back).

Was hoping to see a lot more DLC in the Professional Edition and maybe a cool item but it still looks sweet and I will be ordering it once I can. It contains this wonderful goodies inside:

• Slipcase shell (think the artwork looks better black then the red cover version)
• Hardcover Artwork book
• Making of DVD
• Agency Gun Pack DLC
• Agency Jagd P22G Pistol
• Agency HX UMP SMG
• Agency SPS 12 Semi-Automatic Shotgun

The second collectors edition is for Darksiders 2 but unfortunately it has not been announced for Europe/UK yet just America.

Looks amazing right? it contains everything that is in the Limited Edition of the game plus a life-sized replica Death Mask. That is so awesome and I have a great space for it against my Halo Helmet and Pandora Box from God of War. Just need to wait now and see who might stock it in the UK then I will gladly order a copy, anyway for the time being here is the full list of what is inside:

• Darksiders 2 Limited Edition
• Basically a pre-order bonus version, normal game plus the first DLC "Argul's Tomb" which will be the first single player DLC for the game.
• Life-Size Replica Death Mask plus stand
• Art Book
• Digital Download Soundtrack
• Unique In-game armour set and weapon (enchances stats)

Well that's it for this post, there probably a lot more collectors edition been announced in the last few weeks that I have forgot about. Always the way for me but anyway these two right now are on top of my list, just hope I can get them both.
